I hope everyone had a happy Mother's Day. I spent mine with my children and wonderful husband. What else could you ask for? These are a few images of the day . . .
:: an injury--the third scar on his face and he's only four. This doesn't bode well for the future!
:: feeding a sweet baby-- that thinks he's ready to do everything by himself.
:: a weekly ritual-- making bread with my little girl.
:: a scrumptious meal--homemade biscuits and gravy made in a new cast iron skillet, with a side of cheesy bacon grits. We live in the south folks! It was delicious and I had a wonderful day--thanks to my husband for all the hard work, and to my kids for being who they are.

Looks like a good mothers day. . . other than the injury.
Hey we may be in North Carolina for Thanksgiving this fall. Are you anywhere near Outer Banks? If so. . . we may have to get together. :)
