strawberry thief

We have a strawberry patch in our garden. For the longest time I couldn't figure out what was eating the strawberries. I figured it was a chipmunk or the red robin I see trying to get nibbles all the time. Sometimes there would just be a big bite taken out of the the strawberry and the rest left on the vine. Well then I found the culprit . . . the biggest chipmunk I've ever seen.

Which is fine. That's why I planted them. The garden is in good use if the kids can eat strawberries from their own yard when they please.
