My little knitters

The kids have been asking for awhile to learn how to knit. I've been putting it off because it seemed to be a task for more patience than I can muster at this point in their lives. But, then someone gave me a bunch of those round knitting looms--- and I thought aha! So the knitting began.

Hats, hats, they wanted to make hats. Amelia made one for her and one for Elijah.

And oh man are they proud of their hats! 'Mama! I'm actually knitting something!' they would proclaim in excitment.
