Look at this beauty . . . .
This is a New York style cheesecake made from scratch with a homemade chocolate ganache on top. This is the cake Justin made me for my birthday. Who has a husband like that? I'd have to say it was the best cheesecake I've ever had. Just writing about it makes me want another so badly. I'm pretty sure I will request this for the rest of my life.
It was a hit! Elijah loved the berries . . . covered in chocolate. Ahh . . . it's wonderful to have a husband that can cook like this.
